That's why our rental package includes everything you need to make your event memorable and fun. Here's what your rental includes: - A high-quality photo booth that can accommodate 8+ people at a time. - 200 photo prints and unlimited digital downloads. You can choose to have the prints and/or digital copies customized with your event logo or a personalized message. - A wide selection of fun and quirky props that will make your photos even more entertaining. - A friendly and professional booth attendant who will help your guests get the most out of the photo booth experience. - A beautiful backdrop that will complement the style of your event.   • What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
    Moments Captured LLC accepts payment through two methods: debit/credit card and PayPal. Our payment process is secure and reliable, ensuring that your personal and financial information is protected at all times. If you have any questions or concerns about our payment methods, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to assist you in any way we can.
  • What is the Payment Process?
    At Moments Captured LLC, we make the payment process for our photo booth rental service as easy and straightforward as possible. Once you have confirmed your booking with us, we will send you a rental contract and an invoice that details the total payment for the rental. To secure your booking, we require a $100 deposit at the time you sign the contract. This deposit is refundable until 14 days prior to the event date and it will go towards the total payment for your rental. The rest of the payment for your photo booth rental will be due 14 days prior to your event. This gives us enough time to prepare everything and ensure that your event runs smoothly. We accept payments via credit or debit card, as well as PayPal. If you have any questions or concerns about the payment process, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to help!
  • What Area Do You Serve?
    We are proud to serve Columbia, Maryland and the surrounding areas. We are more than happy to travel up to 30 miles to bring our photo booth rental service to your event. If you're unsure if your event is within our service area, please don't hesitate to contact us for more information.
  • Can you accommodate outdoor events?
    Yes, Moments Captured LLC can accommodate outdoor events. However, there are certain requirements that need to be met. Firstly, an outlet must be available within 50 ft of the location where the photo booth will be set up. Secondly, the weather conditions must permit. If it is raining or winds are too strong, it may not be safe to set up the booth outdoors. We always recommend having a backup indoor location just in case weather conditions do not permit outdoor setup. Please contact us for further information and to discuss the specifics of your event.

    Yes, we are fully insured. At Moments Captured LLC, we understand the importance of providing our clients with peace of mind when it comes to their special events. That's why we carry comprehensive liability insurance coverage for all of our photo booth rental services. You can rest assured that we have you covered in the unlikely event of any accidents or mishaps during your event.
