At Moments Captured LLC, we make the payment process for our photo booth rental service as easy and straightforward as possible. Once you have confirmed your booking with us, we will send you a rental contract and an invoice that details the total payment for the rental. To secure your booking, we require a $100 deposit at the time you sign the contract. This deposit is refundable until 14 days prior to the event date and it will go towards the total payment for your rental. The rest of the payment for your photo booth rental will be due 14 days prior to your event. This gives us enough time to prepare everything and ensure that your event runs smoothly. Yes, Moments Captured LLC can accommodate outdoor events. However, there are certain requirements that need to be met. Firstly, an outlet must be available within 50 ft of the location where the photo booth will be set up. Secondly, the weather conditions must permit. If it is raining or winds are too strong, it may not be safe to set up the booth outdoors. We always recommend having a backup indoor location just in case weather conditions do not permit outdoor setup. Please contact us for further information and to discuss the specifics of your event.
